In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of solar energy systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities

• Install solar panels, mounting systems, and other related components on rooftops and ground-based structures.
• Assemble and connect inverters, batteries, and cabling to ensure system functionality.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with installation standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with electricians, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Educate customers on system operation and provide basic maintenance guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an installer, technician, or in a similar technical field, preferably in solar energy systems.
• Technical or vocational training in installation or mechanical work.
• Familiarity with solar PV systems, including mounting structures and electrical components.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of German safety and installation standards (e.g., DIN VDE).
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Driver’s license (class B) required.
